Position Available: Marketing/Branding Strategist
Pulse Creative Partners, a human impact design firm, is looking for a new creative mind to help propel Pulse into the future. We are looking for the most innovative, creative, energetic talent to help us grow our brand as well as the brands of many existing and new clients. We are looking to hire an exceptionally talented Marketing/Branding Strategist with solid writing skills to round out our small but ambitious team.
The ideal candidate would meet requirements listed below.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of marketing/branding/writing
experience and a strong resume that illustrates the ability to achieve and exceed goals.
Pulse Creative Partners currently has a one-year contract with a faith-based organization looking for like-minded individuals that this candidate would work with on site for 20-30 hours per week to fulfill the following duties:
• Contacting every donor at a minimum of twice a year that has
given from $1 to $5,000.00.
• Develop and distribute a newsletter three times a year.
• Assist in the development of their annual progress report.
• Generate press releases as necessary.
• Act as manager of their website to keep it current and relevant.
• Assist with special event communications as required.
• Facilitate projects between this organization and Pulse Creative Partners
Pulse Creative Partners Requirements for the additional 10-20 hours per week:
• Works well with clients on a direct basis.
• Motivated to grow the business and grow with the business.
• Motivated to stay on top of the trends within the market.
• Candidate must have at least a BA (no associate degree) (some
flexibility based on experience and resume).
• Ability to bring current contacts a plus, but not mandatory.
• Motivated to research and attract new clients within the church and
not-for-profit market.
• Understand the needs of these organizations and how our services
can benefit them.
• Help Pulse raise awareness, knowledge and ultimately preference of our
capabilities within these markets to establish us as an authority in the
design/communications field for churches and other not-for-profits.
• Occasionally write press releases about new and exciting developments
at Pulse.
• Come up with creative ways to target new clients and expand our reach
beyond Central Indiana.
• Willingness to gain complete understanding of our services and
capabilities.
• Works well in a team-oriented atmosphere. Willing to be collaborative.
Checks his/her ego at the door.
• Interested in working for a company that may employ new, creative and
possibly aggressive means for growth and building brand awareness
and recognition within our market while also growing our client base.
• Willing to cold call/meet with potential clients.
